Slowing the Roll, Staying in Alignment
Summer Mode Activated ☀️
Hey friends,
No new episode this week—and not because I’m off-track, but because I’m deeply on-track with something else: listening. To my energy, to my family, to my client work, to the not-so-subtle signals of summer… and to this lingering cough we’ve all had in our house that just won’t quit.
The truth is, I have a bank of beautiful recorded episodes (they are truly so epic!) waiting in the wings. But I haven’t had the bandwidth to solo edit and release them at the speed I was hoping I could —and I’m finally being honest with myself about that. I’m exploring support for the show (receiving some exciting invitations!) , and letting go of the pressure to grind.
You’ll still hear from me this summer on The Intuitively Aligned Podcast, just maybe not weekly. Likely every other week, in a rhythm that honours life as it is: full, alive, and in motion.
I also want to share that the Intuitive Leadership Intensive Beta Cohort has been incredibly energizing. These past few weeks have opened up such powerful conversations—about inner knowing, our need for partners in believing, what we could learn from our younger selves and what it really means to navigate transition and truth in our lives. I’ll be sharing a public synthesis once the journey concludes, and I’m excited for what’s next.
In the meantime, if you’re craving a moment to reset and realign, I’d love to invite you into my July Intention Setting Circle on Wednesday, July 2, from 8–9:30 PM ET. Sign up here! I’ve shortened the session based on your feedback—and it remains one of my favourite ways to gather. Every time, something shifts. Something opens. And we remember how to listen to what wants to emerge. If you want to put August in your calendar in advance, it’ll be happening on Tuesday, August 5, from 8-9:30 PM ET and you can save your seat here.
Thank you for being here. For trusting slower rhythms. For walking this path with me. I’m grateful for all of your grace with my process, and hopefully in turn your own as well!
With love,
Sydney
