In this expansive and energizing episode, I’m joined by systems thinker and cross-sector catalyst Alex Tveit for a conversation at the edge of innovation, intuition, and societal transformation.
Alex is the Co-Founder and CEO at Sustainable Impact Foundation and the Emerging Technology Fellow with the Community Foundations of Canada. His primary contribution areas include regional innovation, cross border collaboration, digital equity, tech stewardship, and sustainable impact.
If you’ve ever felt called to lead in a more collaborative, intuitive, and purposeful way—but haven’t always had the words or frameworks to describe that impulse—this episode is for you.
Whether you’re navigating change inside a nonprofit, tech org, social venture, or your own life, this dialogue will stretch how you think about:
• What serendipity really is—and how to intentionally invite it in
• How to collaborate without ego (and why that changes everything)
• What AI can teach us about our own consciousness and limitations
• Why Indigenous knowledge and systems thinking must shape what’s next
• How to spot signals of the future and respond with clarity
• And how to stay human, curious, and grounded while everything shifts
This isn’t just an episode about AI or systems—it’s about how to be a leader who listens deeply, collaborates wisely, and acts from alignment in times of disruption.

Our next Virtual Intention Setting Circle is Tuesday, June 3 from 7:45–9:45 PM ET. This session is for visionaries, changemakers, and leaders ready to reflect, realign, and move forward with grounded clarity and intention.
🌀 Intuitive Leadership Intensive (Beta Cohort This June)
In last week’s newsletter, I shared that I’ve been bringing some new things to life behind the scenes—and today, I’m ready to share one of them with you.
Throughout the month of June, I’m running a beta version of the Intuitive Leadership Intensive with a small, invitation-only group of seasoned impact-focused leaders. This isn’t a mastermind or support group —it’s a live, reflective space where we’re exploring what intuitive leadership really looks and feels like in practice.
This first cohort is intentionally intimate. We’re learning what helps leaders access clarity in the midst of complexity, and how to hold space that’s both sacred and strategic.
You may not be in first round, but you’ll definitely be part of what grows from it. I’ll be sharing reflections and insights over the coming months—on the podcast, in writing, and potentially in future offerings shaped by what unfolds here.
If this kind of work speaks to you, I’ll be creating a way for you to raise your hand and learn more when the time is right. (And of course, you’re always welcome to hit reply and share your thoughts!)
✨ Subscribe on Substack to stay connected and receive first word as things evolve.
This is where strategy meets inner alignment. And where the next chapter of intuitive leadership is being remembered, reimagined, and brought to life.
